Isaac Obour is the Founder and President of Anti - Fraud Initiative Ghana (AFIG), a Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) advocating for a fraud - free society.

He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with several years work experience as an Internal Auditor and Anti -Fraud Analyst at Zenith Bank Ghana Limited.

 The President of AFIG later relocated to the United States of America (USA) where he worked as a Risk Management Professional in one of the big four global accounting firms - KPMG in North Carolina, USA.

KPMG (Klynveld, Peat, Marwick and Goerdeler) is a global networks of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services. Isaac, touched with the passion of fighting fraud in Ghana, has led high profile investigations in uncovering fraud activities in Ghana and beyond.

The Anti - Fraud Crusader's accomplished areas include banking fraud, ponzi schemes, recruitment scams, mobile money fraud, public sector fraud among others.

Isaac Obour has participated in several conferences and trainings globally including the 30th Annual Global Fraud Conference in Austin, Texas, USA.

 The Risk Management Professional, in order to create anti - fraud awareness, has published several fraud - related articles in the various national newspapers in Ghana and beyond.

He is a graduate of the University of Ghana and University of Wilmington, North Carolina where he studied Information Systems audit.

The Anti Fraud Examiner also holds a professional certificate in Information Security Management from Texas State University.
