GHANAIANS IN THE UK DECLARE SUPPORT FOR ALAN KYEREMATEN TO BECOME THE NEXT PRESIDENT OF GHANA

Ghanaians living in the United Kingdom (UK) with one voice on Saturday August 5, 2023 threw their support behind Mr Alan Kyerematen in his bid to become the President of Ghana come 2025.

The event organized by an independent group, UK Supporters for Alan, was held at the Regent Community Center in London which was full to capacity.

In attendance were Ghanaians who were mostly members of the New Patriotic party (NPP) by political affiliation, and emphatically declared their unflinching support for the former Trade and Industry minister. 

Speakers of the event included Richmond Mensah, Andy Owusu, Alexander Kyerematen, Kingsley Dwamena Fosu and Nana Akwasi Asante in turns, recounted the good deeds of their hero, Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen.

They believed that with Ghana at a cross road, the country needs a leader who had a workable plan beyond the International Monetary Fund (IMF) program. 

Other notable guests were the NPP UK Branch Chairman, Kingsley Adumatta - Agyapong popularly known as Wofa K, Branch Secretary, Otuo Acheampong, Kwaku Bimpeh communications Director amd Andrew Opoku Amankwah, Executive member of South London Chapter.

The rest were Yaw Boadu ,chairman of East London chapter, Fred Fosu, Charles Acheampong,members of the Young Executive Forum (YEF), Mr Richard Bio ,Former Executive to YEF and leading member of Alan supporters UK. 

Participants at the meeting were of of the view that among the ten (10) competent aspirants, Alan Kyerematen is the only one who has been able to come out with his plan dubbed “The Great Transformational Plan (GTP)" which focuses on agriculture and Industrialisation.

The program was used to entreat Ghanaians back home and those in the diaspora to throw their full support behind Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen since the days of try and e
