THE KOJO HALM FACTOR

In the 2024 General Elections, the major problem of the New Patriotic Party was Regional Leadership. Central Region encountered massive lost in the 2024 general elections as a result of deficit in our Regional Leadership.

 Our late regional chairman was not fit, the first vice chairman has also left his position to contest for parliamentary seat meanwhile we could have chosen people to handle those vacant positions but nothing was done.

 I believe from now onwards, the first runner of our previous regional elections who has also served the party by ensuring Effutu Constituency remains NPP can offer something best for the party.

Let's make NPP better in the Central Region by Voting for Theophilus Kojo Halm as the Regional First Vice Chairman.

 Theophilus Kojo Halm - three Term Former Effutu Constituency Chairman – New Patriotic Party (NPP). He built a solid career working with Messer Winneba Shipyards Ltd as a marine mechanic, specializing in the servicing, maintenance, and installation of fishing boats.

 He further advanced his technical experience with General Motors (GM), Kelvin, and VM Engines. Driven by political enthusiasm and a strong desire to serve, he rose through the ranks of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

He was elected Assembly Member for Donkoyiamu Obra Wogum Electoral Area from 2002 to 2006. He also served as Urban Council Chairman from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2010, he was the Constituency Organizer for the NPP, and in 2010, he was elected as the Effutu Constituency Chairman.

Under his leadership, the NPP has seen remarkable progress in the Effutu Constituency. Before his tenure, the NPP held only 3 out of 18 Assembly seats.

 >>In his first term, he increased it to 9 seats.

>>In his second term, he raised it further to 13 seats. >>In his third term, he achieved a historic victory by winning 17 out of 18 seats for the NPP.

His outstanding performance and commitment to the party earned him an appointment as the NPP Central Regional Chairman of Chairmen.

Hon. Halm has been a pillar behind many developmental projects initiated and completed by Hon. Alexander Afenyo-Markin, Member of Parliament for Effutu. He has impacted the lives of countless Winneba residents, particularly in employment and job acquisition.

 In recognition of his integrity and leadership, he was enstooled as Safohene of Asafo Dentsifo No.2 Group in 2008. He is also the visionary behind Lemon Thursday, a vibrant cultural celebration that has become a key part of the Aboakyir Festival.

Hon. Theophilus Kojo Effum Halm is indeed an industrious son of Effutuland,an asset to the Effutu Constituency and the New Patriotic Party. Let us support him to continue making a difference.
