MIDDLE BELT DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY CEO SUBMITS HIS NOMINATION FORM TO CONTEST SENE WEST NPP CONSTITUENCY PRIMARIES.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Middle Belt Development Authority (MBDA), Mr Joseph Kumah Mackay, has submitted his nomination forms to contest Sene West Constituency primaries of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

He was accompanied by supporters of the party, well - wishers, some members of the various youth groups and other 'floating' voters across the constituency on Wednesday, August 9, 2024 at the party's office at Kwame Danso.

According to Mr Kumah McKay, his intention to contest in the ticket of the NPP since 2012 shows his unwavering love for the party and the people of Sene West, and that 2024 would be his year of victory.

He expressed gratitude to the delegates of NPP in the Sene West constituency for rallying behind his candidature in 2012, 2016, 2000 adding that 2024 is a sign of victory for the party, as he leads to take the seat from the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

The Sene West NPP Parliamentary Candidate (PC) hopeful indicated that he has passed the test of time in public service, political activities and experiences in many sectors of the economy, and that he is ever ready to serve his people.

Mr Kumah stated that capturing the parliamentary seat from the NDC entails unity, love, hard work, experience and ready - to - serve candidate and potent strategy from stakeholders of the party in the constituency.

" I am committed to unifying the party in the constituency, promote the welfare of NPP members especially delegates, ensure quality standard of living among residents of Sene West when given the nod" he stressed.

The CEO of Middle Belt Development Authority implored members of the party to remained resolute and rally behind President Akufo - Addo and the leadership of NPP noting "together, we can make the the elephant family, great and strong" he stressed.

Mr Kumah McKay stated that it was his vision to improve teaching and learning, general agriculture, water and sanitation, security, youth employment, women empowerment and extend development to every sector of the economy.

The Sene west NPP PC hopeful thanked the party's executive, delegates, Council of Elders, supporters and other stakeholders in the constituency for supporting his vision to lead the party since 2012.

Some of the delegates who interacted with Journalists after the submission exercise expressed confidence in Mr Kumah McKay to capture the parliamentary seat from the NDC.

According to them, the CEO of Middle Belt Development Authority has been a source of inspiration to residents of the area especially the youth, to fix their poor roads and extend infrastructure projects across the constituency.
