Spotlight On Ghana's Heroes And Heroines : Who Is Nana Appiagyei Dankanwoso I

Nana (Dr) Appiagyei Dankawoso I is the Traditional Chief Linguist to the Paramount Chief (Omanhene Kyeame) of Asante Juaben Traditional Area.

 He is the President - General of the West Africa Nobles Forum (WANF) and the immediate past President of the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GNCCI).

Dr Appiagyei Dankanwoso I is also the Former President of the Pan African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PACCI), which comprises fifty - four (54) countries, and the Leader of the Private Sector Council of Ghana.

 The traditional leader holds an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Financial Management from the Day spring University in the United States of America (USA).

He also holds Masters Degree in Financial Management from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Coast (UCC). 

Nana Appiagyei Dankanwoso I is a Chartered Insurer with about two decades work experience in insurance practice. 

He served on several governing Boards including Central Investment Consult, Nkosuo Microfinance Company Limited, Juaben Rural Bank Limited, and PML Children Hospital. 

Others are the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GHAPOHA), Samara Group of Companies, University of Cape Coast Business School (UCC). 

The rest are the West African Examination Council (WAEC), and the Ghana National Petroleum Authority (NPA) among others.
