CROOKS, MOSTLY IN WEST AFRICA, WHO ARE NOT IN MILITARY UNIFORMS, ARE GRADUALLY KILLING DEMOCRACY. BY MANSA MUSA

Someone recently asked me a question;

Mansa, how can a Central Bank print billions of cash and still go bankrupt? Who is in charge of the Bank?

I told him this is not funny. The Bank of Ghana (BoG), which is supposed to regulate and support failing banks, has itself collapsed, under the watch of President Akufo - Addo, Dr Bawumia, and Ken Ofori Atta. 

As for the Governor of the BoG, Dr Addison, it is rumoured that he is in high demand by headhunters in the United Kingdom (UK), Hong Kong, and in America. They are chasing him with employment. Well, still not funny.

These democracies in West Africa would promote development and can endure the test of time if residents of these nations come to realisation of the bad leaders, and their corrupt practices, and vote them out of power.

But if we allow ourselves, our conscience to be bought with our own money, it renders us foolish enough to vote them into power again, making the essence and meaning of democracy very useless.

The unfortunate truth is that crooks, mostly in West Africa, and are always dressed in suite and tie, and other traditional apparels, are gradually killing democracy in the sub - region.

As we speak, West Africa leaders have issued an ultimatum to the soldiers in Niger, who initiated the Military take - over of power (coup de tart), to hand - over power to the deposed President.

The West African leaders in addition, have threatened to send soldiers to Niger to fight on behalf of America and France.
